      Abstract: The assessment of laboratory technicians is an important part of the laboratory technician team management. The perfect evaluation of laboratory technicians is in favor of mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of majority laboratory technicians, and promoting the completion of teaching, research, laboratory construction and other tasks. According to the characteristics and qualities required for the college laboratory technicians, a fuzzy gray comprehensive evaluation model for experiments technicians was established. The results show that the fuzzy gray evaluation method to evaluate the technical staff working in laboratories is feasible and has a certain practical value.

      0 引 言
